Research interests and goals:
We have been studying gene transcription mechanisms for decades, yet, the exact gene transcription mechanism remains elusive. I am interested in studying chromatin structure and transcription factors interplay on a genome-wide level. To this end, I am using Drosophila melanogaster as a model organism.
