HOW TO APPLY

Interested candidates should submit:

  • the filled application form (download at the bottom of this page)
  • a letter of motivation (1 page maximum)
  • a curriculum vitae (CV) including a photograph/jpg of yourself
  • transcripts of the University courses you have completed
  • a proof of lab experience (letter from supervisor, teacher, etc., which is signed and bears the seal of the supervisor's institution)
  • If the native language is not English, knowledge of English must be documented by an internationally recognised English proficiency test (TOEFL, IELTS, GRE etc.)
  • a copy/scan of your passport (photo page)
  • a certificate of enrollment (download at bottom of the page) signed by the Dean of studies and bearing the seal of their University stating that they are enrolled at the University at least until the end of their internship. Candidates need to sent a hard copy of the document via regular/express mail to our office

seperately :

  • 2 letters of recommendation from your teachers (to be sent directly to our office by the referee or in sealed envelopes) using the referee form provided at the bottom of this page.

The letters of recommendation have to be sent directly from the referees to our office by regular mail/fax or via an institutional email address. References sent by regular mail/fax must bear the seal of referee's institution and the referees signature. References from private e-mail accounts i.e. hotmail, yahoo, gmail etc. will not be considered.
